Kids Who Watch 3+ Hours of TV More Likely to Lie, Cheat Later

Watching-TV

Kids who watch more than 3 hours of Tv per day, are more likely to develop antisocial behaviours like fighting, bullying, lying, cheating and stealing, that’s according to a study concluded by researches at the University of Glasgow.

Over 11 000 kids were used in the research sample.
The number of hours each child spent watching Tv or played electronic games were recorded when they were five.

Researches then analysed the kids’ psychosocial adjustment two years later at age seven.

The results confirmed that excessive exposure to TV could lead to an increase in antisocial behaviour however, excessive play with electronic games did not show have the same negative effects.
